Stefanie Straub serves as Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary overseeing all legal matters for Mars, Incorporated since the beginning of 2018.
Straub joined Wrigley in 2001 in Europe and has since worked in various senior legal roles with broad geographic responsibilities, including Europe, Middle East, Africa, India and Asia Pacific. She joined Mars through the acquisition of the Wrigley business by Mars, Incorporated in 2008.
In 2010, she moved to the U.S. to lead the Legal function for the Wrigley Americas region. She became Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary for Wrigley globally in 2014. Subsequently, she led the legal work for the integration of the Mars Chocolate and Wrigley businesses globally and expanded her role to include the Chocolate business as Vice President & General Counsel for Mars Wrigley Confectionery.
Straub received her J.D. from University of Würzburg, Germany, and attended the University of Salamanca Law School, Spain. She is a licensed attorney in both Germany and the United States (Illinois). She speaks German, English, Spanish and French, and enjoys skiing, traveling and spending time with her husband Andrew, their children Marlou (3), Claire (16), Jake (19), and their beagle Penny.
